Dementia Care - We have dedicated carers who are specialised in dementia care and can provide this care at a client’s home.
Domiciliary Care – A carer visits an elderly person in their own home to provide support to allow the elderly person to live independently. They may be short visits from 30 minutes to 2 hours or longer, when it’s needed.
Preparing meals for clients - A carer can visit the elderly person in their own home and prepare their meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the requirements of the client. These visits can be short visits from 30 minutes depending on the client’s requirements.
Personal Care - A carer can provide this one-to-one care to the client by helping with showering, continence issues, changing and getting dressed.
Door-to-Door Care – This is similar to domiciliary care, where a carer will visit the elderly person in their own home to give support with daily tasks. It may start from 30 minutes depending on the needs of the client.
Helping Clients Take Their Medication - These are short visits made by the carer to the elderly person’s home to support them with taking their medication at time intervals prescribed by the client’s doctor.
