How to Get Started. Our Simple Three Step Process.
You Book an Assessment Visit
You call us to ask us your questions about our services and to arrange a time for us to visit you and your loved one, in their own home, for a chat to assess their needs. If necessary, we will visit them in hospital or even in a care home.
We Complete an Assessment
Our registered nurse chats through with you how much care is needed. What you tell us allows us to determine the level of care that is required and to identify the right carer. This allows us to tell you how much it will cost.
We Start Providing Care
You confirm that you are ready to get started and we put a care plan in place and allocate an experienced carer and agree a start date for a trial period. Then the person needing care starts to receive one-to-one care in their own home.
